Finally, but now it happened

I am sorry, that my blog was dead for some weeks, but I was unmotivated to take pictures and Dylan stays at his moms a lot and is too dumb to bring the computer over. I promise that I will update more now, at least twice a week. I'm already leaving in 2 Months, for all people who are interested, my flight is booked on the 24 June. Unbelieveable, that it went buy so fast... I will leave sad and be exited to come home, it's so weird when you think about it: I am going to pack my stuff, go to the airport, cry, be sad, and 24 hours later I am going to be the happiest person in the world. The weird thing about it is the time in the plane; I will have spent a year in amerika and I will got to my home, but in the plane, I am nowhere, just in the air (hoping it won't crash). Actually I always tell myself in the plane that it doesn't even matter if it crashes because I have to die anyways, that makes me feel a bit better (I am a little bit of a pussy on the plane). At the moment I have a sick bet with Dylan going, 5 bucks. I'm trying to keep a sticker on my leg for a week (started friday night) without getting it off. I put some tape over it and I hope I am going to win.

But now to the important thing:

Marble davis skatepark

Marble davis skatepark, Austin.

We went there 2 times.

As you can see, there is a bowl and a Streetcourse. The streetcourse is pretty cool and has some handrails, stairs, london gaps, banks (that's where I'm standing on) and ledges. The Bowl is (as the other park, too) super smooth and really, really huge. Even the lowest tranny has almost vert and everything is really steep. I just carved a lot in there and carving in 12 foot ramps is endless fun. These guys skating on the pictures were nuts: Nollie bs180,m nollie heeflip (almost landed) and fsboardslide. This guy who did the nolliebs180 did almost do a nollie crooked down the handrail...

I got more pictures from another skatepark which I like even more, check in a few days!

ausin: stuff in streets

Austin: 2 minute crossroad

I took all these pictures from the same spot in a time period of maybe 5 minutes (not sure about last one but these girls were there all the time). There are a lot of different and weird looking people in Austin and I like that. Because of the big concert there were even more of this people of course... I don't really know what the girls with the pizza were doing there, but it was funny. The guys in the back of one picture are playing air guitar because right there where we were standing was a little concert...

candy shop

This is the candy shop near our second hotel... As you probably know, I love candy. The candy was pretty good but I just ate there 2 times.. Again, a lot of pictures and stuff in there, especially the fat girl is funny...

donut place

This is a donut place. They had a big variety of donouts and they were just 55cents each, so you could eat a lot of them. I like it that they had a lot of "independent" restaurants in Ausin, not so many chains like mcdonalds, tacobell, burgerking, kfc, pizzahut, jack n jill donuts and so forth. A really good place was Wholefoods, a healthy eating place where everything was organic. I ate a big salad and drank some orange juice so I had to pay over 10 bucks, eating healthy is expensive... I miss pizzeria toto and the asia bistro in Germany, and I am going to miss all kinds of Tacos, burritos and chips with salsa in Germany...
